Things To Know Before Filling Out Online Application

• This application is 8 pages long and will take approximately 60 - 90 minutes to complete. Please set aside enough time to complete in one sitting. Each page of the application is submitted and saved individually, so if you are unable to complete it in its entirety, you may come back at a later time and continue where you left off.

• Topics covered in the application include Basic Information, Education, Employment History, Ministry Experience and Health. You may wish to have records pertinent to this information on hand while filling out the application.  You will also need to upload a current picture of yourself.

• At the end of the application you will be taken to the Tuition Payment Center where you will have the opportunity to pay the $30 application fee. This fee is required before your application will be considered.

5. Upon completion of this Online Application, applicants are required to pay the $30 application fee before we review your application and schedule a phone interview. KLI Application Forms Include

1. KLI Application Form
2. KLI Policies and Statement of Faith
3. Personal Recommendation form (completed by someone who is unrelated to the applicant and has known the applicant for at least one year)
4. Pastoral Recommendation form (completed by a pastor or pastoral figure that has known the applicant for at least one year)

Application Process

The online application has five components that must all be submitted before review. Admissions decisions will not be made until we receive ALL FORMS associated with the application process.

1. Application form completed and a current, personal photograph uploaded.
2. Personal Testimony
3. Upload scanned copy of high school transcripts (May also be mailed to the admissions office)
4. Personal Recommendation form completed (Online or mailed in a sealed and signed envelope)
5. Pastoral Recommendation form completed (Online or mailed in a sealed and signed envelope)
6. Non-refundable $30 application fee per applicant

Acceptance

1. We will contact you to let you know we have received your application and to arrange a phone interview.

2. We will generally notify you of your acceptance or denial within thirty days of your phone interview.

3. Applicants are not accepted into any KLI program until they have received an official notification of acceptance from the KLI       admissions office.

4. If accepted, students have 30 Days to pay the registration fee of $300. Registration after 30 Days of Acceptance will result in a $100 late fee. Once you have put $300 towards your tuition you have completed registration and you will begin to receive all the benefits of being a Kingdom Life Institute Student, even before  the School Year Starts! Some of the things you'll begin to receive immediately include:

• Free Box of Training Material mailed to you to get you jumpstarted in the Supernatural!
• Free Monthly Teachings sent straight to your door or email account!
• Free Conference Attendance (Still must register to reserve your seat).
• Special VIP Seating for all Global Fire Events at the Global Fire Church & World Miracle Center!
• Private, monthly afternoon lunches with Jeff Jansen, the Kingdom Life Team, and other registered students!
• Kingdom Life Tuition Account (Savings Account) in which 100% of your money goes towards your tuition for a KLI School of your choice… anytime in the future!

5. We ask, at minimum, that the first Semester's Tuition ($1,498) be paid by September 3rd (the day before the first day of School) and the remaining balance worked out in a payment plan with Kingdom Life Representative, Matt Clyde. To set up a payment plan with Matt, call (615) 410-7329.

Discounts

10% ($300.00) discount for students who pay FULL TUITION (Both Semesters) by 5:00PM (CST) September 3^rd 2012

25% ($750.00) discount for each ADDITIONAL family member who attends during the same year.

Payment

Students accepted for Fall 2012 must confirm as a student by having $1,498 (First Semester's Tuition) paid toward their tuition by September 3rd at 5:00pm CST. Applicants may visit www.kingdomlifeinstitute.com to view fee payment schedule for the remainder of the year.

Payments may be made by credit or debit card online or through the KLI business office at (615) 410 - 7329, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm CST. It may be a check or money order by mail to the above address. Make check payable to Kingdom Life Institute and include the name of the Student memo line.
