This month I wanted to share a portion from our chapter in the book that we did with Julia Loren entitled Beyond 2012 I hear the prophets saying. I felt it was important seeing that this is a now word for this season. There is a voice that is coming forth through the Church of this generation that is shattering and dispelling all darkness. It’s a voice of light that carries victory. Many that have been lost and living in deep darkness are hearing its sound. They are arising from darkness and despair and entering into this place of pure light. To live in this place has always been their destiny and the purpose of the Church has always been to bring them into this light. Jesus came ministering a simple yet powerful word to those He came into contact with and although it was a simplistic massage the light that He released through words caused the hearers that lived in darkness to be over shadowed with light. The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up. From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matthew 4:16-17 Recently, while in prayer, the Lord brought me into a vision where there was a knight whose armor was pure light and as I began to look at this knight the Lord spoke these words to me, “The crusaders are coming! Those that I have prophesied about in the past are coming into the hour of anointing and maturity.” Suddenly the Lord reminded me of a prophetic word that Bob Jones prophesied in nineteen seventy nine called, “The Sands of Time”. He said, “In January of 1979, the Lord took me in a vision to the sands by the sea and called it the Sands of Time. I saw leaders through the generations sticking their hands down into the sands to bring up boxes, saying, ‘Is this the time?’ There was nothing in the box. I heard them say, ‘Are the promises for now?’ Yet it wasn't for their generation. The Lord told me (Bob) to reach down into the sands of time to pull up a box. I said, ‘Lord, they are all empty’. He said, ‘Open it up’. I was surprised to see draft notices in it. They said, ‘Greetings, you have been drafted into the army of God’. He said, ‘I will begin to send these letters out to my leaders when it costs twenty cents to mail a letter’. At the time of the vision, it cost only eleven cents to mail a letter so no one ever thought that the price would go up again. But on October 13, 1981, it cost twenty cents to mail a letter and the Lord said, ‘Everyone that was conceived, that was in the womb, or nine months prior was literally the army of God. The first would be leaders and the second would be the greatest army that nothing could ever stop and when they reach the age of maturity I am going to begin to release them in power. I will arm them out of my armory in Heaven. There is no gift that I will deny them. They will literally pull down the warehouse of God and they will have no fear of the enemy. They will glorify me beyond anything that has ever been. They will represent me in my holiness and compassion’.” October 13, 2011, will mark thirty years from the date that God mailed the letters to His army; this emerging company, which I refer to as “Company 81”, will be those that lead the body of Christ into the land of promise. Much like Joshua did for the children of Israel so too will there be a Joshua company that will arise in the coming days. They will mix both the Spirit of passion for war to take and disciple nations, as well as, intimacy and relationship to stay in the secret place with God. The meaning of Joshua’s name in Hebrew is “Yahweh Is Salvation” and the name Joshua is the Hebrew form of the Greek name Jesus. Both Joshua and Jesus were anointed for their position at the age of thirty and as October 13, comes to pass many of the “Company 81” will be turning thirty years old. We have come to a great junction in time, a time of full maturity and anointing for this generation. This will be a Jesus generation that causes a Jesus revolution. The army is arising and shining! It is the hour for the brave and courageous to stand and take their place.
